Timeframe for refunds: Within 360 calendar days of the initial launch of the Learning Platform.

Conditions for refunds: 

  • The promised features were not delivered in a way that meets your expectations.
  • The service was not launched for any reason.
  • The service was not launched before the stipulated timeframe (by January 2026).
