By purchasing a presale membership, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Applicability

This policy applies exclusively to presale memberships for the OLearn Learning Platform ("Platform"), which is scheduled to launch in the future. 2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Refunds for presale memberships may be granted if and only if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • Service Non-Launch: If the Platform is not launched for any reason.

  • Delayed Launch: If the Platform is not launched by January 1, 2026.

  • Unsatisfactory Feature Delivery: If the features delivered on the Platform are substantially below the expectations as outlined during the presale.

Note: This policy applies uniformly—refunds will be provided in full without prorated adjustments or deductions.

3. Refund Request Period

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 360 calendar days from the official launch date of the Platform. The “launch date” is defined as the day when at least one core functionality promised during the presale is made available to all users, updates to refine the Platform will ensue in relatively short iterations following the launch.

All approved refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, or as otherwise communicated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
